Banquet Reservation Form
The Loveland Show Choirs end-of-year banquet will be held at the Oasis Conference Center (902 Loveland-Miamiville Rd.) on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Reservation forms must be completed, paid for (check to Loveland Music Boosters), and turned in no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Cost per ticket $25. (No difference in cost between students and family members.)

Show Choir REQUIRED STUDENT Forms
In order to participate in the competition season, Loveland Show Choir members need to have completed the first two forms.
